Description
My new card is based on ShiningBill BW Plasma Blank, modified by me.
Symbol of ILKCMP modified by me.
Illustration by Ken Sugimori, I added some effects.
I chose to change the second type of Vivillon (Flying), I prefered attribute the Fairy type that's why the second card have a Fairy type.

Nice job with the cards, though I would have used a different effect for the Fairy version's image (like sparkles/glowing dust instead of the plastic wrap filter)
A few issues with text:
-the word "pokemon" should be "Pokemon" (capital P)
-The Powder ability should read something like "If the opponent's Pokemon has a Flying Energy attached to it and attacks Vivillon, flip a coin. If heads, prevent all effects of that attack."
-Struggle Bug description should read something like "This attack does 10 more damage for each Bug Energy attached to Vivillon."
-Stun Spore should read something like "Flip a coin. If tails, the defending Pokemon is paralyzed."
